拆开增压器,发现机油从涡轮轴的两端渗出,同时流进进气管和排气管,故障点找到了。流进进气管的机油,会被吸进气缸里燃烧,故排气呈黑色,流进排气管的机油,会被高热的废气带走,使排气呈灰蓝色,两者混合则排气呈蓝黑色。

 

这就奇怪了,通常这样的故障,是因为涡轮轴及轴承过快磨损,油封失效造成漏油。可是这个增压器是新更换的,而且并不缺少润滑,不可能这么快就产生故障。怎么会这样是配件质量不行,还是其它原因造成的 针对眼前的事实,经商量讨论,认为新增压器质量差可能性,征得车主同意,再更换一个新的增压器。

 

在装好后一次急加速时,听到气门室盖上的加机油口盖有丝丝声,好像有气体从那里冒出。拧开加机油口盖,有大量气体冲出,这时发现,发动机的蓝烟明显减少。再着车一段时间,故障基本消失,发动机工作正常。拧上加机油口盖,故障又重新出现,这说明不是增压器的问题。打开加机油口盖着车一段时间,蓝黑色烟逐渐消失,拆开增压器再看,果然涡轮轴处不再渗油。

 

正常情况下,如果曲轴箱气体气压正常,因加机油口盖的单向限压、卸压作用,气体很少从气门室盖加机油口冲出,现在这里冒气,这说明此时曲轴箱里气体压力,超过限压

 

那么,是什么原因造成曲轴箱气体压力过高呢 该机曲轴箱气体压力的控制,主要是由强制通风装置,结合加机油口盖来进行的。曲轴箱里面的气体,受到气缸高压燃气泄漏加入,及发动机工作时的高温加热,压力很快,由于进气管的负压,通过强制通风装置不断将气体抽进进气管作为进气一部分,加机油口盖辅助卸压,曲轴箱里面的气体压力被减弱,稳定在较低的水平。如果控制失效,气体压力就会升高导致异常,这对增压柴油机来讲,因其气缸工作压力、温度

 

既然加机油口盖正常,那么很大的可能是强制通风装置失效。但前面已经检查过,强制通风装置是的。再次试车的时候,松开强制通风装置的进气管,发现没有吸力,如果正常,这是通向涡轮增压器进气管的,应该吸力很大才对,有丝丝的气流声的。将强制通风装置出气管和增压器进气管的连接管处松开,同样没有进气吸力,用大拇指按住增压器上和连接管相连的金属管一端,也丝毫没有吸力。难道是金属管堵塞了 用螺丝刀往管里一捅,好像有橡胶一样的东西挡住,拆下一看,原来真是有橡胶在里面,而且把整个管都堵塞死了。
